Ruth Wright is the Director of Human Resources and Inclusive Talent Management Research at The Conference Board of Canada. In this role Ruth leads a team of executive network managers and researchers who work with senior level Canadian human resource professionals and other stakeholders on critical workforce and talent management issues.
Ruth brings to this position over twenty-five years of experience in workforce research, including large-scale research projects and event management. She has authored numerous reports and briefings in the area of human resources management, talent management, diversity, and labour relations.
Ruth's research team recently released the second edition of a toolkit for employers on accessibility in the workplace. Current research initiatives include a forthcoming report on employee engagement, which identifies seven workplace factors that most influence employee engagement. Her team is also working on the fourth edition of the Conference Board's celebrated research series, Human Resources Trends and Metrics.
