Michael Grant is a Director of Research at The Conference Board of Canada. Over the last 30 years, Michael has published numerous reports on a wide range of economic and business issues.
In recent years, Michael has focused his work on financial aspects of business and public policy innovations. In this vein, he has authored or co-authored reports on credit unions and capital adequacy regulation, agricultural supply management, private equity, start-up finance and innovation finance for established businesses. He has also produced work on funding the post-secondary education system, and specifically, the funding of post-secondary research.
Michael is also the Conference Board of Canada's resident expert on mergers and acquisition (M&A) policies and practices.
