Marie-Christine Bernard is Director, Provincial and Territorial Forecast Service, and is the lead architect of the Conference Board's medium- and long-term provincial and territorial forecast and publications. Marie-Christine also oversees research work such as economic impact analysis, cost benefit analysis and labour supply and demand occupational forecasting projects.
She began work at The Conference Board of Canada in 1996 as an economist and has progressed to senior roles. Marie-Christine holds a Master of Economics, with a specialization in energy economics, national resources and public economics, as well as a Bachelor in Economics from Laval University.
