Louise Chénier is a Program Manager, Workplace Mental Health at the Mental Health Commission of Canada. In her role, she works to eliminate barriers to employment for people with mental health problems and illnesses and helps employers create mentally healthy work environments.
Before joining the Commission, Louise was Manager, Workplace Health and Wellness Research at The Conference Board of Canada. While at the Conference Board, Louise participated in research on strategic human resources management; employee health, safety and wellness; and diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
