David Rosé is responsible for monitoring Manitoba and Saskatchewan and forecasting provincial agricultural output and farm income. He also works on the national forecast, covering the agricultural sector.
David received his M.A. in economics from Queen’s University, and also holds a B.A. in economics from the University of Ottawa. During his studies, David worked on such issues as labour market discrimination, wage assimilation of immigrants, and historical comparisons of living standards in Ontario and Quebec. David joined the Board in October 2011.
