Lynn Stoudt is the Vice-President of Leadership and Human Resources Research at The Conference Board of Canada. Lynn specializes in human resources strategy and effectiveness, talent management and compensation strategy.
To this role, Lynn brings over 25 years of experience with two major international consulting firms in both Ottawa and Calgary where she focused on a full range of human resources programs and practices including the design and implementation of human resources strategies, executive search, organizational change, leadership development and performance management. She has worked in a number of sectors and organizational designs including crown corporations, transportation, not-for-profit/public sector agencies, professional services firms and educational institutions. Since joining the Conference Board in 2014, Lynn has been actively involved in custom research and human resource projects as well as many of the Board’s HR networks. Lynn is a Certified Management Consultant and a member of the Human Resources Professional Association.
