Employee mental health and well-being are declining, according to our recent human capital survey of more than 1,100 mostly office workers; leaders can leverage AI to begin to reverse this trend in their organizations. Document Highlights The urgency around addressing the mental health crisis that organizations face continues to grow as the situation worsens. When we asked employees about their levels of mental health, employee engagement, and sense of belonging compared to just six months prior, nearly one-third self-reported lower levels for each of these attributes. Perhaps even more sobering, 69% said they are working harder than is expected of them.
